Chef/Owner Brian Krans studied at the Culinary Institute of America and further apprenticed with French and German chefs throughout his career. Fifteen years ago, Brian took the leap of faith to take his culinary skills to new heights where he would run his own restaurant - Henry's Salt of the Sea. His classical training gives him structure and discipline to elevate the fresh flavors he plates. Everything arrives fresh and all soups and sauces are prepared in house. The staff at Henry's is always welcoming and consistently deliver a great dining experience.
