"We love the cuisine at Bolete, we've been going for years. And just when we thought it was just about the best anywhere in the region (we're from the Philadelphia area), it got even BETTER . The creativity never disappoints for both the food and the cocktails. (The scallops are my favorite). Anything you select on the menu will be a good choice. My dining companion is a foodie who keeps up with all the chefs and their skills in the area, and he says, "this guy's (chef) amazing. His talent just keeps getting better and better." If this place is a local secret, it should be let out."
Located at 1801 Broadway in Bethlehem.
"My husband and I had dinner last night for his birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful experience. What a great dinner before the hockey game. Looking forward to going back for a fun night out. Thank you to Mary for bringing my husband his desert with a candle for his birthday."

"The Bayou has a large variety of awesome food at all different price points. Great restaurant to share different plates. Their drinks are nice and the beer selection is good. There's hidden outdoor seating with heaters in the back. Been going for years since they opened. Definitely call and make a reservation because they can get pretty full at times."
